Bit of a delay between part one and part two in the case study due to the due diligence on a project taking a long time.

The FBA business we decided to purchase was in the beauty and cosmetics space. It’s currently doing $2,700 net profit per month. Our medium term goal is to push this consistently into the $20k/month net profit space within 6 months using our RANK methodology as well as adding new products and launching those through multiple eCommerce channels which I’ll talk about more in stage 3 of the case study.

All strategies and tracking will be done each month, reporting on the revenue & profit for the business throughout the journey.

We’ve taken clients far above the $40k/monthly mark in the past and hence want to build out a case study from start to finish for people looking to profit through the Amazon rankings/FBA model.

Once the purchase is finalised and our methodology built into a dated plan, I’ll explain on how we’re going to achieve this and where everything is going to come in within part 3 of the case study (in February 2018).
