Part 1: Case Study – Amazon FBA Business Flip Story Introduction

Hey, as of December 2018 we’ve helped close to 200 products rank in Amazon through our on-page optimisation, keyword research and Amazon SEO techniques. Through consulting, marketing, rankings and more we’ve helped our sellers make upwards of $50 million through Amazon’s platform. It’s something we love to do and working with good brands is awesome as well.

One question I get asked a lot is why don’t we talk more about the personal FBA businesses we’re involved in and talk about individual strategies in regards to that. So, I wanted to start a case study that will last between 6-12 months depending on the speed of the results, this is going to be a quick introduction into what we’re looking to achieve within this time-frame.

Introduction & Goal

This case study is going to involve starting an Amazon FBA business. Moving through our entire product development, research, competition analysis and management & marketing campaigns from start to finish for every product already existing, improving PPC campaigns, on-page optimisation, images, copywriting, reviews and most importantly organic rankings. We’ll then slowly add new products each month until the business grows to a substantial amount.

The goal of the case study is to grow an FBA business to a valuation of $300k+ within 6-12 months and then potentially exit the business or goal to the next level of $100k/month.

All updates will be monitored and reported on here.

Obviously no specific brand information will be shared but we’ll be sharing organic results, core estimates around competition, search volume, potential revenue and profitability too.
